Wire Transfer: Please contact our sales department via
phone, fax, or e-mail and ask for our bank routing information. They can
also assist you in determining the final order amount including freight
and other charges. Once we receive your transfer, we will process your
order the next business day. Please note, we are assessed a $45.00 USD
fee by our bank for processing incoming and outgoing wire-transfers and that is passed along
to you on your order.
Purchase Orders & Sales Order Confirmation: JZ Imaging & Consulting, Inc. does not place orders with our manufacturers unless we have a signed purchase order or a written approval of A Sales Order confirmation from our customer indicating the order is correct. Upon customers confirmation of the Sales Order, an order will be placed with the manufacturer.

JZ Imaging & Consulting,
Inc. is a retailer of radiology and other medical products to the
general public. We sell products to you, delivered with a variety of
shipping methods. Normally, on large items this will require you to have
a freight dock. We can arrange inside delivery for those customers who
do not have a freight dock. However, it is the purchasers responsibility
to discuss any special delivery requirements with your JZ Imaging &
Consulting, Inc. sales representative. Many products require no special
assistance to setup and use them.
Emergency orders can be shipped next-day air or second-day air,
incurring additional freight charges and rush fees if the item is in stock or needs to be moved up in manufacturing. Fee's vary by manufacturer.
Damage in Shipment:
At time of shipment, all goods are inspected and warranted to be in
first-rate condition. Our packaging of all products complies with, and
in most cases, exceeds requirements of Motor Freight Classifications.
Despite the care used in packaging, damages occasionally happen in
transportation. Upon receipt of shipment, open immediately and inspect
for concealed damages. If damage is sighted, stop unpacking. Hold
shipment container and ask delivering carrier for an inspection for
concealed damages. This notification to the carrier must be made within
10 days of receipt of shipment for claim purposes.
Claims: Any claim
for damages should be made against the transportation company. Our
responsibility ceases upon receipt of shipment by the carrier, but if we
can be of any assistance in processing a claim, please advise us by
Setup of purchased products
Some products like film processors, do
require some assembly, setup and technical know-how to make use of them.
We do not offer services to help you uncrate, assemble or otherwise make
use of the products you purchase from us. Often times you can find local
professionals in your area to assist you in this. We suggest consulting
your local yellow pages under "X-Ray Service". But this is the
purchasers responsibility to acquire and pay for said services. We
can however suggest some companies in the area that may be able to
assist you with installation of equipment (i.e. processors,

Some items, such as x-ray generators,
require certain licenses from several different government entities.
This also is the purchasers responsibility. Usage of x-ray equipment
on live humans without the proper credentials and/or licenses is a
serious crime in many countries. By purchasing such
products, you are representing to us that you have, or intend to acquire
before usage, any and all legal requirements to use said products in
your jurisdiction and that you are fully qualified to do so. Further,
you agree to fully indemnify and hold blameless JZ Imaging & Consulting,
Inc. against any and all liability arising out of the usage of any
products purchased from us at any time.
